Milkfish satay

Sate Bandeng is a typical traditional dish  BantenIndonesian . Andeng satay made from fish  milkfish  (Chanos chanos;  Indonesian : milkfish) whose thorns are removed, the meat is seasoned and put back into the skin, then stabbed or clamped with a stick  bamboo , then burned over charcoal coals.
